Estimates are necessary in our industry to give our customers an idea of what the repairs costs will be.
Estimates are a time consuming process for our customers and for the repair facilities. Since preparing estimates takes time, they can result in delays in getting the repair process started. To simplify the process, we want to inform our customers on when estimates are needed, and if so, how to go about getting an estimate. Please be up front about the reasons that you need an estimate so that we can provide the proper response to your situation.

If your repairs will be going through insurance please refer to our Insurance Claims page. If you have insurance, but do not know if the damages justify making a claim, please contact us, and we will provide you with the necessary guidance to aid you in making an informed decision. We need to know up front if you will be using insurance or an independant appraiser for the repairs so that we can work with them.
